"I have always had a keen interest in the female form - exploring it in photography, pastel and charcoal drawing, and now glass. The female torso is an exploration of landscape and flowing lines from the back to front of the body. As I sculpt the form, she literally comes alive, dancing on the end of the pipe. There is a tactile quality to these pieces that make them almost irresistible to touch. The fluidity of the glass captures the movement and sensuality of the body. "
